This "Arzum Disclosure Text of Website Visitors" is prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") and the Communiqué on Principles and Procedures to be Followed in the Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform, by the data controller Arzum Elektrik Ev Aletleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. ("Company" or "Arzum") whose identity is listed below for the purpose of fulfilling the disclosure obligation regarding the processing of your personal data.
1.Purpose and Identity of Data Controller
Your personal data will be processed by Arzum Elektrik Ev Aletleri San. and Tic. A.Ş. ("Company" or "Arzum") residing at Flatofis Binası Otakçılar Caddesi No:78 Kat:1 Blok No: B1B Eyüp 34050 İstanbul / Türkiye; in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") as the data controller, it may be processed within the framework of the purposes listed below and in a related, limited and proportionate manner to these purposes, by maintaining the personal data accurately and up to date by automatic or non-automatic methods as it reaches us, within the scope described below.
2.Purposes of Processing Personal Data, Collection Method, Legal Reasons and Transferred Parties
Your personal data collected is processed in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law and within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law; In accordance with the Law No. 5651 on Regulating Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through These Publications, recording and storing traffic information related to your visit to Arzum websites, making statistical measurements regarding the visits to the website and site usage, improving our website within the scope of measurements, customizing your visit to you and in the most appropriate way for your use content, to provide you with special advertisements and to increase website visits.

When the purpose that requires the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 7/1 of the PDP Law no longer exists and/or when the time-out/retention periods for which we are obliged to process your data in accordance with the legislation expire, your personal data will be erased, destructed, or anonymized.
3.The Rights You Have as a Personal Data Subject and the Exercise of These Rights
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, without prejudice to the exceptions set out in Article 28, we inform you that you have the following rights as data subjects:
- to learn whether your personal data are processed or not,
- to demand for information as to if your personal data have been processed,
- to learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether these personal data are used in compliance with the purpose,
- to know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred in country or abroad,
- to request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data if any, and to request that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,
- to request the erasure or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring the processing disappear despite being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant law provisions and requesting that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,
- to object to the occurrence of a result against the person yourself by analyzing the data processed solely through automated systems,
- to claim compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.
